You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law. You must not be listed on any self-exclusion register maintained by PAGCOR or jl356. You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or close family member of an employee of jl356 or any of its software or game providers.
Underage gambling is illegal in the Philippines. jl356 will not process withdrawals for any account where KYC verification reveals the account holder is under 21 years of age.
To use the real-money features of jl356, you must register a personal account by providing accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and email address. You must promptly update your account information if any details change.
Each individual may hold only one (1) active jl356 account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. jl356 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, void any associated balances and winnings, and permanently ban the individual from the Platform.
jl356 is required by PAGCOR and applicable Philippine anti-money laundering legislation to verify the identity of all players prior to processing withdrawals. KYC documents may include any of the following valid Philippine government-issued IDs:
jl356 may request additional documents including proof of address, source of funds documentation, or a selfie holding the submitted ID. Failure to provide requested KYC documents within 30 days of request may result in account restriction and forfeiture of bonus funds.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. jl356 accepts deposits via GCash, Maya (PayMaya), BPI Online, BDO Online, Metrobank Online, Union Bank, 7-Eleven CLiQQ, and Cebuana Lhuillier. The minimum deposit is ₱100 (Philippine Peso). jl356 does not accept cryptocurrency deposits.
GCash and Maya deposits are processed in real time. Bank transfer deposits may take between 15 minutes to 2 business hours depending on the issuing bank's processing times. Over-the-counter cash deposits via 7-Eleven CLiQQ and Cebuana Lhuillier are credited upon confirmation from the payment provider.
Deposited funds are held in segregated accounts separate from jl356's operational capital. Player funds are not used for any purpose other than settling player winnings and returning funds upon legitimate withdrawal requests.
All transactions on the jl356 Platform are denominated in Philippine Pesos (PHP / ₱). jl356 does not currently support multi-currency accounts. If a payment provider processes a transaction in a different currency, standard conversion rates apply and any resulting fees are the responsibility of the Player.
Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposit wherever technically possible. GCash and Maya withdrawals are the primary withdrawal options for Philippine players and are processed with an average turnaround time of 5 minutes, subject to KYC completion and security review.

jl356 reserves the right to decline a withdrawal request and conduct additional verification in circumstances including but not limited to: suspected fraudulent activity, incomplete KYC documentation, breach of these Terms, or active bonus wagering requirements not yet satisfied.
All bonuses, free bets, and promotional offers provided by jl356 are subject to specific terms and conditions that are disclosed at the time of the offer. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms prevail to the extent of the conflict.
Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as cash. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus is disclosed in the promotion details. Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period stated for each promotion. Expired bonus funds and associated winnings are forfeited automatically.
jl356 reserves the right to void bonuses, void bonus-derived winnings, and suspend accounts where it reasonably determines that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, systematic low-risk staking designed to clear wagering requirements while exploiting bonus terms, or colluding with other players to share bonus funds.
jl356's VIP tier program (Bronze, Silver, Gold, Diamond) grants additional perks based on cumulative wagering volume. VIP benefits are at jl356's discretion and may be modified or discontinued with reasonable notice. VIP status is personal and non-transferable.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jl356 Platform:
jl356 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account where prohibited conduct is suspected or confirmed, and to withhold or forfeit associated balances as permitted under applicable Philippine law.
jl356 may suspend, restrict, or close a Player account at its reasonable discretion at any time, including but not limited to situations involving: breach of these Terms; failure to complete KYC verification; suspected fraudulent or illegal activity; receipt of a chargeback from the Player's payment provider; or a regulatory direction from PAGCOR or another competent authority.
Players may close their jl356 account at any time by contacting support via live chat. Upon closure request, jl356 will process a withdrawal of any remaining legitimate cash balance to the Player's registered payment method, subject to standard KYC and withdrawal processing requirements. Bonus funds are forfeited upon account closure.
An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for 12 consecutive months. jl356 will notify the Player by email before applying any dormancy fee. Dormancy fees, where applicable, are charged monthly at a rate disclosed in jl356's current fee schedule, until the balance reaches zero or the Player reactivates the account.

Players acknowledge that participation in real-money gambling carries inherent financial risk. jl356 is not liable for any financial losses incurred through gameplay. Players accept that game outcomes are determined by certified RNG or live physical randomness and that past outcomes do not influence future results.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. The courts of the Philippines shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising under these Terms, without prejudice to PAGCOR's jurisdiction over matters within its regulatory competence.

Where internal resolution is not achieved, Players may escalate complaints to PAGCOR's Player Relations Division as the relevant regulatory authority.
jl356 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified to registered Players via email to the registered email address and/or via a prominent notice on the Platform at least 7 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
